Legal Counsel (AI Infrastructure)

Location: London, UK — hybrid

Salary: £85,000–£110,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and equity

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, procurement, customer, partnership, financing, and other commercial agreements.
• Advise business stakeholders on contractual risk, obligations, and negotiation strategy.
• Support procurement and delivery teams on equipment, construction, and services agreements for data center projects.
• Assist with entity structuring, formation, governance, and corporate workflows.
• Maintain contract templates, playbooks, approval workflows, and obligation-tracking processes.
• Support due diligence, regulatory, tax, policy, and compliance matters with senior Legal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a commercial lawyer in-house or at a law firm.
• J.D. and active bar membership in a relevant US or England jurisdiction.
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of contracts and competing priorities.
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Comfort working directly with stakeholders outside Legal in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
