Senior Frontend Engineer

Location: On-site in New York, NY; relocation support is available

Salary: $200,000–$280,000 annually, plus equity, bonus, and up to a 40% annual performance bonus

hirify.global is an AI infrastructure platform for consumer packaged goods brands, unifying finance, accounting, sales, and operations.

What you will do

• Build and scale the frontend architecture powering the hirify.global platform.
• Develop performant, responsive interfaces for complex financial and operational workflows.
• Design interfaces for invoices, deductions, retailer reports, financial analytics, forecasting, and demand planning.
• Visualize large datasets and create internal tools that support operations and decision-making.
• Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data systems into seamless product experiences.
• Create reusable components and design systems while owning frontend performance, reliability, and user experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience focused on frontend development.
• Strong experience with React or a similar modern frontend framework.
• Experience building and shipping production-grade web applications.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and intuitive user experience design.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering and product to translate requirements into high-quality interfaces.
• Computer science degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with data-heavy or analytics-driven applications.
• Experience with design systems or component libraries.
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization and architecture patterns.
• Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Interest in early-stage startups and high-ownership roles.
