Sales Development Representative (Logistics)

What you will do

• Drive outbound prospecting with Account Executives and commercial leadership.
• Contact decision-makers through cold calls, email, and targeted outreach.
• Research companies and identify key decision-makers using prospecting tools.
• Develop outreach approaches and source prospective clients with the sales team.
• Book meetings with prospects matching the ideal customer profile.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client success preferred but not required.
• Ability to build relationships and establish rapport quickly.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to solving customer problems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results.
• Competitive, self-starting approach and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline preferred.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing or industrial logistics expertise.
• Enterprise or global account experience.
