Maintenance Supervisor - Automation & Robotics Fulfillment

Location: Onsite in Burlington, New Jersey, United States; on-call, overtime, weekend, and holiday availability may be required to support a 24/7 autonomous network.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead daily schedules, task prioritization, delegation, and development of the maintenance technician team.
• Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance for robotics, material-handling equipment, and building infrastructure.
• Coordinate with local and global engineering teams to troubleshoot hardware-software mismatches.
• Drive accurate digital tracking of work orders, parts usage, and technician time.
• Develop preventive-maintenance programs, manage spare-parts inventory, and maximize facility uptime.
• Enforce safety procedures, OSHA codes, SOPs, and proper use of technical documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of industrial maintenance or repair experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in an automated fulfillment or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with complex automated systems, PLCs, firmware updates, or robotics infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, technical diagrams, schematics, manuals, and procedures.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, computer, and modern software skills.
• Ability to work at heights with fall protection, use hand tools, move equipment weighing up to 50+ pounds, and work around moving machinery, airborne particles, heat, cold, humidity, and electrical hazards.
