Network Reliability Engineer

Location: Singapore, Singapore; on-site. Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.

Requirements

• Degree or background in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in network design, implementation, or operations preferred; candidates without prior experience may be considered with training provided.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, switching, routing, DHCP, DNS, and VPNs.
• Experience managing campus and data-centre switches, routers, load balancers, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, network automation, storage networking, and software-defined networking is advantageous.
• Good communication, systems thinking, systematic problem-solving, teamwork, and independent working skills.

Nice to have

• CCNA, CCNP, or VCP Network Virtualisation certification.
• Experience with Git, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Ansible, Python, or PowerShell for automation at scale.

• Implement, operate, and optimise modernised and virtualised network infrastructure.
• Apply architectural standards, reference models, and guidelines to improve security, resiliency, and scalability.
• Evaluate and implement networking technologies aligned with user needs and industry developments.
• Provide network consultation to project teams during system deployments.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve technical problems and optimise network performance.
