Network Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Singapore. International and domestic travel is required for on-site deployments and commissioning.

What you will do

• Design, deploy, support, and maintain corporate and AI infrastructure networks, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, MPLS, and private interconnects.
• Build automated network configurations and change workflows using Infrastructure as Code, Ansible, NetBox, Python, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement network security controls such as firewalls, VLAN segmentation, ACLs, and zero-trust policies.
• Operate and troubleshoot network services, outages, monitoring systems, performance issues, redundancy, failover, and disaster-recovery processes.
• Support network deployments for AI cluster installations and coordinate with operations, software-defined infrastructure, data centre, commissioning, and architecture teams.
• Develop expertise in NVIDIA InfiniBand, Spectrum Ethernet, RDMA over Converged Ethernet, Cumulus Linux, and SONiC while mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in network engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of network engineering experience, with a focus on AI infrastructure.
• Experience with Linux systems and host network configuration.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with enterprise networking, secure connectivity, network automation, NetDevOps, network security, monitoring, and incident response.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically for on-site deployments and commissioning.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA InfiniBand, Spectrum Ethernet Platform, and/or RDMA over Converged Ethernet.
• Experience with advanced AI networking technologies, Cumulus Linux, or SONiC.
