What you will do

• Train and improve preference, reward, and ranking models using millions of human interactions.
• Develop infrastructure for large-scale experimentation and model training.
• Design systems that transform human preference data into reliable signals for model evaluation.
• Collaborate with researchers at frontier labs to scale new model capability strategies.

Requirements

• Strong STEM background in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or Physics.
• Experience building ML systems, including training preference models or working on production-grade data pipelines.
• Deep interest in how AI learns from human feedback and human-model interaction.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
