What you will do
- Build state-of-the-art AI agentic pipelines for discovering complex software vulnerabilities and generating exploits.
- Design, maintain, and evolve evaluation benchmarks that reflect real customer security problems.
- Develop training procedures and reinforcement learning environments for security coding agents.
- Scale machine learning systems from research inception through business impact.
- Build reliable and scalable products for vulnerability discovery and remediation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-time experience in AI research engineering, machine learning, deep learning, and/or natural language processing.
- Experience developing machine learning models at scale from inception to business impact.
- Professional programming experience in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch or similar frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Ability to solve complex problems with simple solutions and make effective engineering trade-offs.

- Experience with reinforcement learning.
- Experience with model evaluation and benchmark development.
