Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in New York City (Flatiron) and work in-person 5 days a week

Compensation: $100,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and deploy advanced AI agents that perform end-to-end work for global accounting firms.
• Invent new infrastructure, interfaces, and operating models for human-agent collaboration.
• Embed directly within teams to build intelligence deeper into existing workflows.
• Own projects end-to-end as a Responsible Party (RP) from design to production.
• Develop systems that automate complex tasks like code deployment and self-repairing services.

Requirements

• Strong background in first principles and systems thinking.
• Ability to decompose novel problems and reason from fundamentals.
• Deep understanding of data systems and workflows.
• Ownership mindset and initiative to drive projects to completion.
• Must be able to work in-person in Flatiron, NYC, 5 days a week.
