What you will do

• Manage projects and clients to build next-generation data solutions that enhance model capabilities and drive revenue.
• Lead and coordinate expert teams across healthcare, medicine, and biopharma domains.
• Design dataset specifications influencing evaluation and improvement of frontier AI models.
• Own critical projects end-to-end from scoping to delivery in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Support operational initiatives across multiple business areas, including building, analyzing, coordinating, and executing.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years experience in healthcare, medical research, health technology, or top-tier biopharma.
• Background in medicine, clinical practice, biomedical research, or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, clinical workflows, and medical research.
• High agency, drive, and ability to execute with minimal direction in ambiguous environments.
• Passion for healthcare, AI, and entrepreneurship with interest in emerging technologies.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with data analysis, clinical research, or AI tools.
