Franchise Manager (E-commerce Logistics)

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa; requires local travel within the allocated region and quarterly travel to regional hubs.

What you will do

• Set up, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures for delivery-platform clients and franchisees.
• Train and guide new franchisees and their employees on procedures, operations, and service standards.
• Monitor franchise service levels, hub productivity, KPIs, and compliance with franchise agreements and setup manuals.
• Conduct regular audits, system checks, and reporting analysis to measure process execution and operational performance.
• Consult with franchisees to identify root causes, present solutions, and improve business operations and results.
• Drive company policies, procedures, brand standards, recognition, and business growth.

Requirements

• Matric or Grade 12 certificate, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of top-management experience.
• Experience managing national or regional operations with a proven record of delivery and execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects, work with systems and processes, adapt to change, and maintain a customer-service focus.

Nice to have

• Training experience.
• Hospitality or retail franchise experience.
• IT or technology proficiency.
