What you will do

• Monitor inventory levels and discrepancies to identify shrinkage, theft, misplacement, and accuracy issues.
• Develop and implement loss prevention strategies, control measures, and policies.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and access control systems to detect suspicious activity and unauthorized access.
• Assess operational risks and recommend improvements to loss prevention and safety protocols.
• Lead investigations into loss incidents, including evidence collection, interviews, escalation, and detailed record keeping.
• Train distribution center staff on loss prevention, security, safety, and vigilance practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced diploma in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar loss prevention role.
• Preventative mindset with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, adapt to new systems, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently and take ownership of responsibilities.
