Hub Manager (Logistics)

Location: Polokwane, Limpopo, South Africa; onsite hub operations

What you will do

• Manage the dispatch, receipt, identification, distribution, delivery, and storage of parcels.
• Ensure efficient warehousing and timely movement of products through the fulfilment hub.
• Oversee order filling, transportation, delivery, receiving, and related documentation.
• Extract operational data and generate reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Train and supervise employees, working with senior management and Human Resources to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
• Implement health and safety standards, maintain workplace order, and oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Logistics Management.
• Matric and 8–10 years of related work experience and knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, and business administration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a demanding, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work as part of a multicultural team with initiative, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
