Junior Planner (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Oversee demand planning, ordering, in-stock performance, and capacity management.
• Prepare commercial insights and reports to support revenue, margin, and departmental decisions.
• Manage planning cycles covering seasonality, promotions, imports, procurement, and continual replenishment.
• Own annual sales budgets, quarterly plans, working plans, and ongoing category- and product-level reforecasting.
• Manage inventory availability and health, including forecasting, markdowns, clearance provisions, supplier returns, and warehouse space.
• Improve supplier processes, operational efficiency, cost structure, profitability, and customer experience by monitoring defects, returns, write-offs, and product complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma; Commerce, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of retail planning experience.
• Proven experience in spend management, including OTB, margin management, and markdown controls.
• Experience in planning, inventory management, and forecasting.
• Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with advanced stock management and inventory modelling skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
