Sr. Change & Configuration Analyst (AI Hardware)

Location: Hybrid, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

What you will do

• Review ECOs, DCOs, and MCOs for completeness, formatting, routing, descriptions, implementation steps, and inventory disposition.
• Track change orders through ERP implementation, follow up on overdue actions, and escalate stalled changes.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing to structure EBOMs, MBOMs, sales kit structures, and saleable part numbers or SKUs.
• Administer PLM access, permissions, routing, and workflow configuration.
• Build, document, and continuously improve change management processes and standard work.

Requirements

• Experience with Arena PLM or a similar PLM system in hardware manufacturing.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or a similar ERP system and product-change transactions.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing technical and administrative information.
• Ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines without formal authority.
• Clear written communication for engineering, supply chain, quality, and other audiences.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required; employment may depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or prior export-license approval.
