Senior Analyst, Transformation (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada; full working rights required for the applicable region

What you will do

• Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term business outcomes.
• Lead transformation agendas for assigned business functions and translate strategic priorities into sequenced execution plans.
• Partner with business leaders to define future-state solutions, project scope, milestones, governance, resources, and success measures.
• Design and implement AI-enabled processes, automations, and operating models for customer support, customer success, and sales.
• Develop financial models, business cases, data analyses, and performance measures to guide decisions.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contracted teams while identifying and resolving delivery risks and barriers.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, corporate finance, or a similarly analytical role.
• Experience owning workstreams within larger cross-functional programmes.
• Ability to structure and drive complex initiatives with multiple moving parts.
• Financial modelling, change management, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with both senior stakeholders and frontline teams in ambiguous, evolving environments.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• SaaS and/or payments experience.
• Experience applying AI to customer-facing functions.
