Quality Engineer, Senior (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead quality system and Lean Six Sigma audits, supplier scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive new product introduction qualification and manufacturing readiness through PPAP, CTQ, Lean, and process sign-off procedures.
• Manage JDM, EMS, ODM, component, and tier-two suppliers across end-to-end manufacturing quality processes.
• Resolve material, process, fixture, equipment, and assembly issues and lead critical issue triage across global operations.
• Implement CTQ and Industry 4.0 improvements using FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, CPK, SPC, and error-proofing.
• Coordinate supplier PCN reviews, cost-saving projects, technical investigations, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Education and training in quality disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, computer, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of job-related and corporate policies and procedures.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, supplier quality management, and problem-solving methods such as 8D and Six Sigma.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma certification or equivalent training.
• In-depth knowledge of printer production manufacturing processes.
