Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts, USA; hybrid. Up to 25% domestic and international travel may be required.

Base salary: $101,000–$138,600 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary quality contact for assigned contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Manage supplier quality activities, manufacturing compliance, audits, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Lead supplier corrective action requests and verify root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Partner with supply chain, engineering, and external manufacturing teams to evaluate and qualify suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is preferred; relevant work experience is required.
• At least 5 years of supplier quality engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with quality tools and methods including FMEA, DOE, MSA, GRR, 8D, Control Plans, and PPAP or equivalent part approval processes.
• Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, critical control points, statistical process control software, and advanced Excel.
• Strong communication, quantitative, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, and ISO 9001 or AS9100 auditor certifications are preferred.
