Supplier Quality Assurance (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead qualification and approval workflows for new suppliers, including quality system assessments and capability studies.
• Plan, conduct, and report on process, system, and product supplier audits.
• Manage incoming non-conformance reports and drive 8D, A3, and root cause analysis.
• Evaluate supplier responsibility in quality disputes and consolidate inspection, testing, and shipping evidence.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and maintain supplier risk registers.
• Deploy FMEA, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement tools while collaborating with Procurement, Engineering, Production, and Operations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or a related function.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience conducting second-party supplier audits.
• Proficiency in 8D, A3, FMEA, and Control Plans.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and QMS platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to turn inspection and test data into actionable conclusions.
• Fluent written English required.
