Managed Services Field Engineer (Python/Networking)

What you will do

• Ensure customer network environments are compatible with unified communications products.
• Onboard customer accounts within company SLAs and maintain customer satisfaction throughout setup.
• Act as the lead technical contact for troubleshooting and product integration in client environments.
• Integrate customer equipment with the cloud PBX system and external compatible solutions.
• Develop APIs and automate services based on customer requirements.
• Work variable hours, including overnight weekend shifts when needed.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in network support, with emphasis on routing and switching, plus an understanding of unified communications.
• Experience with VoIP, video over IP, SIP, Asterisk, firewalls, and network security.
• Ability to perform AD, LDAP, and SSO integrations.
• Experience with automation, Python, REST APIs, and Postman.
• Strong communication, time management, customer relationship, and teamwork skills.
• Professional English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.

• Cisco, Python, Juniper, or Microsoft certifications.
