Senior Network Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and improve logical data and security networks, including edge routers, core switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve medium- and high-complexity production incidents involving transit providers, Internet exchanges, and data center partners.
• Provide L1/L2 and partial L3 network support to customers and internal teams while meeting SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
• Support network expansions, topology changes, capacity improvements, and monitoring-system optimization.
• Maintain network documentation, procedures, and incident records.

Requirements

• English at B2 level or higher, written and spoken.
• Advanced knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking, including MAC, VLAN, trunking, spanning tree, ARP, subnetting, ACLs, and DHCP.
• Experience with BGP, OSPF, TCP, UDP, SNMP, NTP, SSH, ping, and traceroute.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting production environments and working calmly under pressure.
• Cisco CCNA certification required; a bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei, ISP or data center environments, network monitoring tools, and carriers or transit providers.
