E2E Logistics & Safety Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, carriers, and external logistics providers.
• Own stock management, inventory accuracy, traceability, cycle counting, and serial tracking for components and finished goods.
• Execute and optimize incoming quality control for PCBs and other critical components.
• Oversee LiPo battery logistics and dangerous-goods documentation in compliance with IATA and ADR requirements.
• Ensure ESD-safe handling and storage across relevant materials and workflows.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams to maintain just-in-time material availability and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination, preferably in a production environment.
• Experience with inventory management, stock control, ERP/WMS systems, serial tracking, and logistics platforms.
• IATA/ADR Dangerous Goods handling certification.
• Familiarity with ESD-safe handling standards, compliance systems, and regulated materials such as LiPo batteries.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-moving, high-reliability environment.
• EU citizenship and strong knowledge of the Munich logistics network required.
