Operations Manager (Robotics Hardware)

What you will do

• Support the production and rollout of cameras, sensors, and data capture equipment.
• Track production timelines, BOM changes, build readiness, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Own end-to-end logistics, including international shipping, customs, imports, and exports.
• Manage supplier, manufacturer, and vendor relationships, including pricing, lead times, MOQs, service agreements, and new supplier sourcing.
• Coordinate hardware readiness and deployment logistics with field operations, partners, and engineering teams.
• Build and improve hardware tracking, inventory management, shipping workflows, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hardware operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Hands-on experience with hardware production in China.
• Strong understanding of hardware logistics, international shipping, and supplier management.
• Experience coordinating with engineering teams on hardware builds, design changes, and production issues.
• Strong execution, ownership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and remain calm under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global hardware deployments.
• Familiarity with cameras, sensors, or electronics manufacturing.
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and agreements.
