Associate Electrical Engineer

Location: DFW01_02; occasional travel of up to 25% may be required.

What you will do

• Support electrical technical standards, design deliverables, conceptual design decisions, and major equipment reviews.
• Review commissioning scripts, procedures, reports, and critical method-of-procedure documents.
• Assist with technical investigations, problem solving, site performance issue resolution, and validation of installed conditions.
• Participate in site assessments and evaluate emerging technologies and sustainable electrical practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external design teams, vendors, and customers to maintain technical compliance and performance.
• Explain complex electrical concepts clearly to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in data center or mission-critical electrical and mechanical design, construction, or operations.
• EIT certification or a plan to take the FE examination.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit, construction drawings, equipment specifications, and construction project scopes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
