Manager, Electrical Engineer

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. Relocation eligible; travel required up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $171,500–$236,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage an electrical engineering group, including staffing, mentoring, professional development, safety, and budget adherence.
• Technically lead complex engineering projects and programs supporting new technology development.
• Guide the integration of new processes, designs, and methodologies into products and services.
• Interface with internal and external customers to resolve highly complex electrical issues and high-value problems.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering resources to meet product goals and ensure on-time product releases.
• Define and maintain product strategy, business processes, roadmaps, and alpha, beta, and gamma exit requirements.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering concepts and related job families.
• In-depth understanding of how electrical engineering integrates within the business segment or function.
• Experience managing multiple related teams, setting priorities, and allocating resources.
• Ability to solve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct is required.
