Senior iOS Product Engineer (Swift)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site

Compensation: $180K–$250K annually, plus equity

hirify.global is an early-stage interface company building Stream, a private voice ring and conversational interface designed to extend human-computer interaction.

What you will do

• Own iOS product delivery, including Swift architecture, testing, metrics-driven optimization, and releases.
• Build low-latency connectivity between the iOS application, backend services over WebSocket, and devices over Bluetooth Low Energy.
• Develop interactive mobile experiences involving device-cloud connectivity, on-device processing, and UIUX.
• Collaborate with product, design, firmware, backend, and go-to-market teams to ship releases and improve user experiences.
• Gather product insights and iterate on features for end users.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and shipping interactive iOS applications.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and complex interactive app development.
• Deep experience with OS-level integrations, such as media control or on-device machine learning.
• Strong interdisciplinary communication and ownership in ambiguous environments.
• Technical focus and a passion for end-user experiences and human-computer interfaces.
• Experience working on-site in New York City.

• Experience with Python-based servers.
• Experience with the iOS Bluetooth stack.
