iOS Engineer (Swift)

Location: Onsite in New York, New York, United States

Total compensation: $180,000–$220,000 per year, including base salary and new-hire equity in restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver features across the mobile stack for the hirify.global Mobile iOS app.
• Build consumer experiences while applying best practices in app architecture, testing, observability, and documentation.
• Partner with product, design, engineering, and other stakeholders to define requirements and solve complex problems.
• Contribute to work involving privacy, security, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Own deliverables, contribute to architectural decisions, and improve technology and engineering processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience with Swift.
• Experience developing mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to iOS engineering best practices, collaboration, continuous learning, and autonomous problem-solving.
