French Payroll & Implementation Specialist

What you will do

• Implement French payroll processes on the in-house payroll platform with support from relevant departments.
• Reconcile pre-processing reports, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate payroll records and audit trails.
• Process payroll data in line with French legislation and analyze information to ensure accurate fund distribution.
• Validate customer payroll requirements and support successful setup and configuration.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer between Project Delivery and Operations, including parallel runs and new requirements.
• Validate software releases and support operational teams with customer changes and process improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent communication in English and French is essential.
• Expert knowledge of French legal requirements, statutory forms, and reporting.
• Experience with payroll implementation and direct management of the full payroll process in France.
• Experience with implementation processes, software changes, and new customer management.
• Experience using Excel, Word, email applications, and Google Apps.
• International payroll experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Cegedim TeamsRH or similar payroll platforms.
