Frontier Strategist (AI)

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global builds an AI-powered healthcare administration platform designed by clinicians to simplify payer and clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes.

What you will do

• Own customer engagements end to end, from initial workflow design through implementation, testing, and launch.
• Deploy Florence, hirify.global’s AI-driven clinical reasoning platform, into customer organizations.
• Translate clinical policies, legacy systems, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder input into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design clinical workflows and process diagrams, define testing plans, and manage implementation timelines.
• Coordinate AI engineering, clinical, subject matter expert, and customer stakeholder teams to build consensus and deliver production systems.
• Advise customer senior leadership on healthcare administration workflows and implementation strategy.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or a technical customer-facing role at a high-growth software company.
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility transformation programs through completion.
• Direct experience writing requirements documents that engineers can build from.
• Ability to read API documentation, reason about data models and system architecture, and participate in engineering tradeoff discussions.
• Strong first-principles problem-solving skills, curiosity, empathy, and willingness to develop expertise in new content domains.
• Ability to work on-site in New York and spend time on-site with customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare payers, providers, or health tech, including utilization management, prior authorization, risk adjustment, HEDIS, claims, FHIR, Da Vinci, or X12.
• Experience deploying AI or LLM-based systems into production.
• Hands-on experience with evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, retrieval, or agent orchestration.
• Founder, founding team, or early-operator experience.
