Founding Growth Lead

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site five days per week

Salary: $220K–$260K per year

What you will do

• Work closely with the Founder to amplify brand messaging and scale growth toward $100m+ in ARR.
• Build direct channels across social media, review platforms, SEO, out-of-home advertising, and influencer marketing.
• Partner with engineering to develop product-led growth loops and increase customer referrals.
• Build accounting, tax, and fintech partner channels in the United States and international markets.
• Establish international go-to-market operations and develop regional growth channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience building growth channels for a B2C or B2B software platform.
• Early-stage startup experience, including building processes from scratch.
• Strong social media presence and ability to drive engagement.
• Network within the CFO, finance, or accounting community.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco five days per week.
