Senior Tech Recruiter (AI)

Location: Hybrid - United States

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 base salary per year, plus equity, benefits, and an annual bonus or commission plan.

What you will do

• Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for technical roles across software engineering, QA, design, and the broader Technology organization.
• Use modern recruitment platforms and AI tools to source and attract technical talent, automate processes, build live dashboards, and research market trends.
• Partner with hiring managers by providing funnel health data, hiring progress updates, and strategic sourcing insights.
• Engage passive candidates through storytelling, marketing, and clear communication of the company’s value proposition.
• Close candidates and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Improve recruiting operations through data analysis, process optimization, employer branding, and collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience for engineers, QA professionals, and designers in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Experience using AI and modern sourcing tools, including Juicebox, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Claude, or ChatGPT.
• Strong storytelling, marketing, candidate-closing, pipeline management, and reporting skills.
• Experience using dashboards and data to advise hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail, customer focus, project management, and continuous improvement skills.
