What you will do

• Build labor risk control systems, conduct internal audits, and manage employee conflicts, complaints, and labor disputes.
• Monitor labor laws and regulations, update HR policies and processes, and organize labor law training.
• Handle major complaints, disputes, and litigation cases while guiding HR Business Partners on employee relations matters.
• Manage resignations, analyze turnover data, address no-show resignations, and improve resignation procedures.
• Coordinate labor management matters, including special working hour applications.
• Build, evaluate, and develop the labor management team through training and professional development.

Requirements

• Experience in employee relations, labor management, or HR compliance.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations and their practical implementation in HR processes.
• Ability to resolve employee complaints, labor disputes, and litigation-related cases.
• Experience guiding HR Business Partners and managing labor-related risks.
• Experience analyzing turnover and resignation data and developing preventive measures.
• Availability for a full-time role in Düsseldorf, Germany.
