What you will do

• Lead and manage complex and sensitive employee relations (ER) cases and workplace investigations.
• Develop and implement HR compliance and risk management frameworks across Central Europe.
• Advise leadership on challenging HR matters to ensure alignment with company policies and employment law.
• Create and maintain compliant HR policies to guide organizational behavior and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and HR Services to mitigate risks and promote an inclusive culture.
• Analyze case trends to generate actionable insights and improve the employee experience.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience managing complex employee relations cases with legal implications.
• Deep understanding of labor laws and compliance frameworks across Central Europe.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle sensitive topics with discretion.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HR risk management and compliance practices.
• Fluency in German.
