Franchise Compliance Supervisor (E-commerce Logistics)

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa; field-based work with local travel to allocated regional branches.

What you will do

• Monitor and report on franchise, driver, branch, and operational performance in the field.
• Train franchise managers and drivers on standard operating procedures and identify non-compliance for senior management.
• Conduct regular audits, monitor franchise agreement and SLA adherence, and implement corrective measures.
• Manage weekly franchise KPIs, including driver growth, regional performance, complaints, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with franchise management, Head Office, and operational teams to improve delivery-network SOPs and execution.
• Compile weekly reports and use performance metrics to identify improvement and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing operational role or a similar environment.
• Degree or equivalent experience in process analysis and management.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience analysing data, creating reports, and using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven operational delivery, field-based experience, strong communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to audit SOP compliance, prioritise deliverables, and work effectively with functional teams and business owners.

Nice to have

• Experience managing an outlet, hub, or restaurant.
• Hospitality or retail franchise experience.
• Training experience in an operational setting.
• IT or technology proficiency.
• Logistics industry experience is not required.
