RevOps Manager (AI)

Location: Arlington, Virginia; US Citizenship required

Base salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year

hirify.global is building a software platform for AI-powered autonomous systems for enterprise and government customers.

What you will do

• Build and own the GTM technology stack across HubSpot, NetSuite integrations, and the BI layer.
• Design CRM data models and connect pipeline, contract awards, delivery milestones, backlog, and revenue recognition.
• Build and maintain integrations across CRM, ERP, product catalog, and analytics systems.
• Develop forecasting, pipeline models, executive reporting, and board reporting.
• Implement data governance, validation, automation, and audit-ready trails for month-end close and external or DCAA audits.
• Standardize pipeline stages, lead enablement and change management, and collaborate across finance, supply chain, operations, engineering, and GTM.

Requirements

• Experience building revenue or GTM operations at a high-growth technology company from zero to one.
• Deep hands-on HubSpot architecture and administration experience; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Experience designing CRM, ERP, and BI integrations and automating operational workflows.
• Experience with SQL, BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Sigma.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline, bookings, backlog, and revenue reconciliation experience.
• US Citizenship required.

Nice to have

• Experience with n8n, Zapier, Clay, AI agents, or other modern GTM automation tools.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency operating models and data governance.
• Background in hardware, manufacturing, or combined hardware-and-software businesses.
• Experience with defense or government environments, including FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and government contract vehicles.
• Python experience.
