Senior Signal Integrity Engineer-AV Hardware

Location: Hybrid work in Ramat Gan, Israel

Company

Develops automotive technology, electronic control units, and solutions for accident prevention and autonomous driving.

What you will do

• Run signal integrity simulations for automotive electronic systems and optimize high-speed interfaces including LPDDR4/5, PCIe Gen4/5, A/C/D-PHY, and multi-gigabit Ethernet.
• Perform power integrity simulations, optimizing target impedance and AC coupling in power delivery networks.
• Collaborate with silicon, hardware design, IP, electrical and system validation teams, EDA tool vendors, and product managers.
• Coordinate simulation and measurement activities, investigate SI/PI failures, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience as an integrity engineer.
• Proven experience in signal and power integrity analysis.
• Experience with HyperLynx, ANSYS, ADS, or equivalent simulation tools, including 2.5D/3D extraction.
• Strong knowledge of transmission line theory, electromagnetic principles, and PCB design best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with laboratory measurement equipment for SI/PI validation, such as oscilloscopes and TDR.
