Student Signal and Power Integrity Engineer

What you will do

• Support SERDES IP reference-channel definition, creation, and parameter extraction under senior engineer guidance.
• Review and validate silicon IP parameters alongside package and PCB designs against interface specifications.
• Participate in package and PCB schematic and layout reviews, analyze simulation results, and help debug failures.
• Apply signal and power integrity concepts, including SIPI circuits, channels, and I/O simulations.
• Support power, performance, and signal integrity optimization for package and PCB implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams on IP, package, and PCB integration and design delivery.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university, with an average grade above 85 and one year remaining until graduation.
• Strong background in electromagnetic and wave theory.
• University project experience and motivation to develop as a junior engineer.
• Ability to apply academic theory across analog and digital electronics, signal integrity, and power integrity.
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to work on multidisciplinary challenges.
• Academic grade sheet must be included with the application.

Nice to have

• Experience with Keysight ADS and HSPICE simulation setup and execution.
• Hands-on experience with Ansys HFSS, Cadence Clarity, or similar electromagnetic simulation tools.
• Knowledge of PCIe and IEEE Ethernet specifications.
