Principal Industrial Engineer (Manufacturing Engineering)

Location: On-site in Biñan City, Laguna, CALABARZON, Philippines; dayshift work schedule

What you will do

• Develop short- and long-term capacity plans based on production forecasts and business growth.
• Analyze demand, equipment capabilities, workforce capacity, utilization, throughput, and operational constraints.
• Design and optimize plant layouts, warehouse space, workflow, material handling, and production lines using AutoCAD, simulation, and digital factory tools.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, time study, line balancing, work measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage layout changes, new line installations, capacity expansions, project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Build dashboards and reports and provide data-based recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with capacity planning, facility layout design, capacity analysis, OEE, line balancing, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, layout simulation tools, and data analysis software.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Must be open to on-site work in Biñan City, Philippines and a dayshift schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
