Production Supervisor (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Supervise manufacturing personnel, organize workflow, communicate expectations, and evaluate performance.
• Schedule and assign personnel to complete production plans, set priorities, monitor progress, revise schedules, and resolve problems.
• Improve manufacturing processes by identifying waste, implementing cost reductions, and reducing cycle times.
• Maintain quality, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Compile and analyze production performance data, prepare shift summaries, and provide manufacturing information.
• Coordinate equipment repairs, update systems and procedures, and work with HR, production control, and industrial engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another engineering discipline; Business Management may be considered with sufficient manufacturing experience.
• One to two years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience managing direct and indirect labor employees is advantageous.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Basic knowledge of SPC, QC Tools, 8D, PDCA, LEAN Manufacturing, and the eight wastes.
