Software Trainer I (Clinical) (Dental Software)

Location: Remote within the United States, with up to 10% travel as needed. Not currently hiring residents of North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, Delaware, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories.

Salary: $52,056–$58,320 annual base salary, plus eligibility for a target bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver remote training to new and existing customers using standardized curricula.
• Coordinate Core and eServices training sessions with Implementation team members and schedule follow-up sessions or webinars.
• Document training sessions, customer communications, and related topics in the CRM system.
• Assist Support team members with resolving customer technical issues and work across multiple software platforms to retrieve customer data.
• Maintain calendars, utilization and productivity goals, an average of 75% customer phone time, and a CSAT score of at least 90%.
• Participate in team meetings, special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and limited shadowing activities.

Requirements

• Typically 4 or more years of related experience.
• High school graduation, vocational training, or on-the-job training; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with professional training, dental industry practices, and practice management software is expected.
• Strong customer service, communication, time management, prioritization, analytical thinking, and conflict-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, email, data entry, and AS400 or a comparable system.
• Ability to maintain confidential information, manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and collaborate across organizational levels.
