Technical Training Professional (Tekla PowerFab)

Location: US - NH, Portsmouth; hybrid and remote options are available. Travel up to 30%, with on-site training limited to no more than two weeks per month.

Salary: $58,300–$80,100 per year.

What you will do

• Deliver interactive Tekla PowerFab training through virtual platforms and hands-on on-site sessions.
• Guide new and existing customers through server and local system installations.
• Support network configuration and product interoperability setups.
• Resolve complex product-specific questions in the customer training queue between live sessions.
• Adapt training approaches for IT professionals, field operations, and end-users.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct construction-sector experience or experience using Tekla PowerFab.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering technical presentations and training to diverse groups in person and remotely.
• Ability to adapt educational approaches to different stakeholder groups.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of database setups.
• Experience with localized network troubleshooting.
• Deeper knowledge of structural steel fabrication workflows.
