Customer Enablement Associate

Location: Remote - Home Based

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support the creation and maintenance of product user guides, knowledge base articles, best-practice guides, and customer-facing release notes.
• Design curricula and structured content for instructor-led and self-paced customer training.
• Deliver onboarding, ongoing education, advanced feature training, webinars, and workshops.
• Adapt training delivery and pacing for new users, experienced administrators, and customer-specific protocols.
• Answer customer how-to questions and troubleshoot software configuration issues during training.
• Keep documentation and training materials current by collaborating with Product, Support, Technical Writing, and Customer Enablement teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer education, training, technical writing, or customer success, preferably in a SaaS or software organization.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn, configure, and troubleshoot software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering live training sessions or presentations to external audiences.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple content and training projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical trials or clinical trial software such as EDC.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and knowledge base platforms such as Confluence or Zendesk.
• Experience creating technical documentation, instructional text, audio or video scripts, and e-learning content.
• Experience with curriculum planning, varied learning styles, video technology, or editing.
