Training Specialist

Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States; frequent travel required for 100–120 onsite training days per year

Salary: $60,632–$78,758 per year

What you will do

• Deliver online, onsite, in-house, and internal software training for new and existing clients and employees.
• Travel to client locations and manage related travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Document client training sessions and communicate recurring patterns and trends to the office.
• Contribute to training curricula, course materials, computer-based training, and instructional videos.
• Help plan and present training sessions at the annual User Conference.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software and/or technical training.
• Knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles, with exemplary presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a suitable field.
• Ability to explain complex information to varied audiences, troubleshoot issues, and assess training needs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, written, verbal, problem-solving, and software application skills.
• Valid driver’s license, U.S. Passport for international travel, eligibility to operate a vehicle in Canadian provinces, and availability for 100–120 onsite training days annually.
