Training Specialist (Software)

Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States; requires 100–120 onsite training days per year and an aggressive travel schedule.

Salary: $60,632–$78,758 per year.

What you will do

• Deliver online, onsite, and in-house software training to new and existing construction company clients.
• Deliver internal training to new B2W Software employees.
• Manage job-related travel and accommodations, including an aggressive travel schedule.
• Compile detailed notes from client training sessions and communicate patterns and trends from client-facing experience.
• Contribute to training course materials, computer-based training, and training videos.
• Contribute to planning and presenting training sessions at the annual User Conference.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software and/or technical training.
• Bachelor’s degree in a field suitable to the role.
• Valid driver’s license and U.S. Passport for international travel.
• Ability to meet requirements for operating a motor vehicle in Canadian provinces.
• Ability to deliver 100–120 onsite training days per year.
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles, with exemplary presentation skills.
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving abilities; exceptional troubleshooting and assessment skills; understanding of computers and software applications; reliable self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Favorable credit history required for a corporate American Express card.
