Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract)

What you will do

• Provide a consistent candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition process.
• Schedule video and on-site interviews, including required candidate travel arrangements.
• Welcome and host candidates at the Devens office while managing multiple on-site interviews.
• Support sourcing activities and expand the recruiting funnel through standard and creative channels.
• Coordinate intake and debrief meetings with hiring managers, interview teams, and recruiters.
• Maintain the Lever Applicant Tracking System through data entry, reporting, and pipeline management.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Experience with Lever or another Applicant Tracking System.
• Strong organization, prioritization, multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Responsive customer-service mindset and sound judgment as the first point of contact.
• Ability to work on-site in Devens, Massachusetts.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and work around industrial hazards, including heat, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead, high voltage, and cryogenics.
