Senior Manager, Media & Analyst Relations (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, US. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Develop US media relations and messaging strategies for technology, partnership, education, and program initiatives.
• Act as an on-the-record spokesperson, prepare spokespeople, and maintain a global spokesperson bench.
• Manage media inquiries, PR agency relationships, budgets, scopes, and performance across North America and Europe.
• Develop analyst relations strategies, coordinate briefings, and synthesize analyst perspectives for product and go-to-market teams.
• Draft press releases, talking points, FAQs, and briefing materials while monitoring coverage, sentiment, and results.
• Support product launches, issues management, and process improvements using AI tools for research, monitoring, and reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in public relations, strategic communications, and industry analyst relations, focused on consumer technology.
• Experience managing external PR agencies across multiple countries and securing substantive media coverage.
• Experience overseeing industry analyst relations and serving as a media spokesperson, preferably in broadcast.
• Experience with global communications campaigns, issues management, and crisis communications.
• Ability to work within a global organization across regional teams and multiple time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship are required.
