Technical Project Manager (Data Analytics)

Location: Dubai, hybrid; regular travel within the UAE and across the Gulf region is required as needed for client engagements.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of hirify.global implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, quality standards, risks, and issues.
• Drive client outcomes and maximum project value through effective delivery strategies.
• Manage commercial and financial aspects, including professional services contracts using Time and Materials and Fixed Price models.
• Coach and mentor technical teams to support high-quality deliverables.
• Develop stakeholder strategies and coordinate clients, hirify.global leadership, delivery partners, and multi-team functions.

Requirements

• Accomplished project management professional with strong leadership skills and a record of delivering complex projects.
• Expertise in Agile and other project methodologies, including scaling approaches across multiple teams and functions.
• Experience managing stakeholders in consultancy, professional services, supplier, or client-side environments.
• Experience delivering large, complex, data-driven projects through the full software lifecycle.
• Strong technical communication, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to manage technical risks and changing client environments.
• Fluent or native-level Arabic is mandatory.

• Experience delivering complex data-oriented projects for financial services, government, or telecommunications clients.
