Senior Project Manager (Industrial AI)

Location: Germany. Up to 25% travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Industrial AI implementation projects from kickoff through deployment, adoption, and value realisation.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, customer outcomes, commercial performance, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product teams, and Customer Success.
• Translate customer objectives into measurable success metrics and facilitate Value Realisation Workshops.
• Manage customer stakeholders, steering committees, risks, dependencies, scope changes, and project governance.
• Support adoption through change management, enablement, and training while improving delivery practices through PMO methodologies and playbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology implementation projects.
• Experience managing enterprise or industrial digital transformation programmes with multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise systems.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, revenue recognition, margin management, and project profitability.
• Experience in an industrial sector and with Agile delivery or governance frameworks such as Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2; fluent German is required.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Experience with Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Industrial IoT, SCADA, MES, or Operational Technology environments.
• Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Analytics implementation projects.
