Technical Project Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Translate customer ground segment architectures and mission requirements into execution plans with work packages, owners, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate customer mission onboarding and deployment activities across Customer Solutions, Space Infrastructure, Loft teams, and external partners.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering teams by tracking deliverables, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Align product capabilities, release schedules, roadmaps, and customer commitments with technical feasibility and SLA requirements.
• Improve project tracking, reporting, documentation, and delivery processes using Jira, Confluence, automation, and Agile practices.
• Report progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management experience in software or complex technical environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution and coordinating multiple engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools.
• Experience facilitating Agile software development teams using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methods.
• Ability to translate complex technical architectures into structured execution plans and manage technical dependencies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the aerospace, satellite, or space industry.
• Experience supporting both software and hardware development, mission operations, or ground segment technologies.
• Product Management experience or collaboration with Product organizations.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Python, automation, and systems engineering principles.
• Experience working in high-growth technology startups and with international teams across multiple time zones.
