Client Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead complex retail software integration and managed service delivery projects in line with contracts, SLAs, and customer expectations.
• Clarify requirements, document scope, plan activities, prioritize work, and manage changes through project delivery.
• Coordinate the design, build, integration, and implementation of software solutions with product, engineering, customer, support, vendor, and subcontractor teams.
• Estimate resources, costs, timelines, and budget requirements while monitoring project metrics, status, risks, and issues.
• Manage multiple project initiatives, documentation, and execution phases to improve customer support and service delivery.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and resolve technical and project challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in the retail sector.
• Good technical knowledge of IT environments and integrated solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Good written and spoken business English.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a portfolio of projects in the retail sector.
• Arabic language skills.
