Project Manager (AI)

AIQ is an Abu Dhabi-based technology company developing and deploying industrial AI solutions for the energy sector as a venture between Presight (hirify.global) and ADNOC.

What you will do

• Develop and manage project implementation plans, milestones, scope, objectives, and delivery timelines.
• Lead end-to-end project implementation using Agile methodologies, including planning, execution, reporting, and release management.
• Coordinate product managers, clients, partner organizations, data scientists, and software engineers to manage requirements and deliverables.
• Prepare project documentation, technical evaluations, statements of work, cost-benefit analyses, risk registers, and final reports.
• Manage budgets, resources, dependencies, governance structures, vendor relationships, audits, and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement process improvements aligned with ISO best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Petroleum, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 12 years of overall experience, including 7–8 years in project management.
• Experience delivering at least three large-scale projects in the oil and gas or energy industry; ADNOC experience is preferred.
• Experience with AI and Big Data projects, data management, web-based applications, and basic cloud computing concepts.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and expert use of Jira or a comparable tool.
• Familiarity with industry safety and regulatory requirements; onsite reservoir, production, or drilling experience is preferred.

• PMP certification.
• Experience implementing data management and artificial intelligence solutions.
